Blue Plumbago flowers best in full sun, and thrives in well drained soils. Though they are not native, once established, Plumbago is fairly drought tolerant and has flowers through most of the year.  Gardeners don’t have to be an Emerald Award winner like Alex Schore to love these plants for their easy establishment and maintenance.
